# Phase 1

**This is the moment we have all been waiting for!** The first phase and the launch of a new type of meme token! KPEP isn't just a meme token; it's much more!

During the first phase, there will be a lot of content, but let's delve deeper into it one by one.

**For the initial community setup, we will use Gleam contests and our airdrop budget.** We expect the airdrop wallet to be fully drained by the end of phase 1, shortly after the launch. In addition to normal Gleam contests, there will also be airdrops to other communities to onboard even more members. The **Airdrops will usually be worth around $1-3** and will only be given to users who complete all the tasks, including shilling and becoming members of our communities.

Also, the first smaller marketing efforts will start during this phase. **This won't be super expensive but creative and utilizing new ways for crypto.** For example, by using a-ads, we can reach many people. It may seem expensive, but if you know how to do it, it can be a super strong tool for a small investment. First livestreams will be shown for free to all members in the group.&#x20;

Once all of this is done and set up, we will announce the Presale that will then guarantee a smooth and fair launch for everyone. The LP will be burned directly after setup.
