# Phase 5

**This is the last phase of the Whitepaper and Roadmap, but not the final phase for KPEP!** This is just the beginning, when the project becomes fully decentralized and community-controlled.

**If there are funds left in other team-controlled wallets beside the dev's wallet, those amounts will be burned or given to charity, depending on the votes.** After this burn happens and a solution is found by the Masons, we will exit from the project and hand over power to the community and our Masons.

**To keep it secure for everyone, there will be several votes and discussions in the Masons VIP group to find a solution that suits everyone.** Livestreams will continue for freemasons as before.
