# Phase 4

**Phase 4 is when the project becomes mature**, with tons of marketing materials, a great community, and hopefully some interesting partners with whom the LPs are shared.

**This is the last phase where the team is actively working and finalizing the project to hand it over to the community.** This final step will include Tier 1 CEX listings, and funds from cex.kpep.sol will be fully allocated to the CEXs for liquidity purposes.

During this period, the marketing wallet should be empty. **The team will start selling their dev.kpep.sol wallet to give full control to the community.**&#x20;

The developer team will still be active to provide help as advisors if requested by the Masons. This assistance will also be available after Phase 5 if requested.

**By this time, all Masons should be millionaires with their 69.420.711 KPEP tokens.**
